🛍️ Orders
Do I need an account to place an order?
Nope. You can check out as a guest — no pressure, no strings. But if you want to track your orders, save your info, or feel like a VIP, you can create an account at checkout or by clicking the profile icon (you know, the little human) at the top right of the page.
I forgot my password. Can I reset it?
Yes — click “Forgot password” on the login page, and we’ll email you a reset link. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. Boozie gets dramatic sometimes.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start making your shirt as soon as you click “Buy” (literally, it’s that fast). So we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once it’s in production. Double-check your info before checking out — and if something goes sideways, email us ASAP at hello@boozieadams.com.
How can I check my order status?
You’ll get email updates as soon as your order ships, complete with tracking. If you created an account, you can also log in to check order history.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
When will I get my order?
Each shirt is made just for you (because you're not basic). Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and delivery adds a few more — so you’ll have your order in about a week to 10 business days. You’ll get tracking info the moment it ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — Boozie’s staying domestic for now. U.S. only, but we appreciate the international love.
How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Always. No codes. No minimums. Just the Boozie way.
What are the holiday order-by dates?
For the best chance of delivery by Christmas, please place your order by December 11 (standard FREE shipping). Fulfillment + carrier timelines apply.

What size should I order?
All of our tees are unisex — which means they have a relaxed, flattering fit on all bodies. Check out our size guide to find your perfect fit. In between sizes? Size up for a more loose vibe.
What are the shirts made of?
Soft AF. Most of our tees are 100% combed and ring-spun cotton, with some heather colors containing a polyester blend. Lightweight, breathable, and made to be lived in.
Where are your shirts printed?
🇺🇸 Every Boozie Adams shirt is proudly printed in the USA. That means top-quality prints, faster shipping, and supporting local jobs.

How do I take care of my shirt?
Wear it loud. Wash it gently.
• Turn inside out
• Wash cold
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Don’t iron on the design — Boozie’s got delicate feelings
😬 Returns & Issues
What’s your return policy?
Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless something is damaged or misprinted. If your shirt arrives looking rough (thanks, postal system), email us within 30 days with photos at hello@boozieadams.com. We’ll make it right.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. Help!
We’ve got you. Send an email with photos and your order number to hello@boozieadams.com within 30 days of receiving your item. We’ll replace it at no cost to you.

Is this site secure?
Yes, we use a secure checkout and encrypted payment processing. Your info is safe, and Boozie doesn’t store any payment data (he's got enough to worry about).
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay — all the usual suspects.
🐾 Giving Back
Do you really donate to dog rescues?
Yep. A portion of proceeds from our Rescue Tee — and select collections throughout the year — goes directly to independent 501(c)(3) dog rescues and shelters. Donations come from Boozie Adams (The StrongPaw Collective LLC). You can read the full details on our How Boozie Gives Back page.
🎉 Promotions & Discounts
Do discount codes apply to all products?
Not always. Rescue Highlight tees are already special because every purchase supports the featured rescue, so they are not eligible for flat-amount discounts (like $5 off) or sitewide promotions. Stickers are also excluded from flat-amount discounts. Gift cards are excluded unless there is a specific gift card promotion. First-time customers can still use their welcome discount (10% off) on eligible products, including Rescue Highlight tees and stickers.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Nope — one code per order. But don’t worry, Boozie’s deals are bold enough on their own.
🎁 Gift Cards
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — Boozie Adams gift cards are available and make the perfect salty surprise. They’re delivered by email and include instructions to redeem them at checkout. No extra fees, no expiration date, no wrapping required.
Can I use a gift card with a discount code?
Yep. Gift cards act like store credit and can be combined with discount codes at checkout.
How do I receive the Gift Card?
If you’re buying it for yourself, the digital gift card will be emailed directly to you after checkout. If you’re sending it as a gift, just check the “Send as a gift” box on the product page — Boozie will deliver it straight to their inbox with your message included. Easy, breezy, salty gifting.
Will my gift card arrive instantly?
Almost always. Gift cards are delivered by email within minutes so you can sip, shop, and surprise without waiting. On rare occasions, our payment processor might flag an order for review (fraud prevention). If that happens, your gift card delivery may be delayed or refunded.
